Oh yea..the 80-20 rule.

The 20% may be divided up the same way (80-20) with the most "evil" being the 20%..and so on.The larger #'s would logically be the dickheads in D.C. that take those bribes from agents of doom , not mentioning any names(Israel),(oopps), and make laws that benifit both Wall Street and..well, you know.
