LaRouche? I had my questions about this X22 site you keep linking to but LaRouche, seriously? I had the opportunity to sit down and have a long conversation with Lyndon LaRouche and his wife Helga one evening back in the late 1980's. He is with out a doubt a scholar in both history and economics and is known for creating long elaborate theoretical dissertations on political economy. His historical presentation do have great merit but when it comes to politics and the economy they suffer from two great flaws. Firstly they ignore the very real tendency of people and particularly politicians to be short sighted and focused on their own betterment. Secondly, his massive ego. I have yet to read a single one of his political and/or economic policy papers that doesn't in the end present him as the only person truly capable of carrying them out. His followers are rabidly loyal even fanatical. A dangerous combination under any circumstance. Those not in his inner circle spend the vast majority of their time raising money to support that rather large and isolated estate he lives on in Leesburg Virginia. All I can add is be careful in dealing with anything or anyone associated with LaRouche. Be prepared to take anything they say with a very, very large grain of salt.
Thanks for the very insightful comment, JWMJR, always very appreciated. I'm very lenient as to sources, considering it the responsibility of the individual to evaluate the message's veracity and form their own opinions. I admittedly know very little about LaRouche, but self-aggrandizement would be a huge negative. I'll research him, thanks for the heads up!
