The following 3 posts are about war, specifically a battle between US forces and the Taliban in Sangam, Afghanistan. Long time readers know of my fierce opposition to war; you may wonder why these posts are here. We cover many aspects of the human experience on this blog. War, tragically, is one of them, a vile crime against all humanity. That said, I totally support our troops. What? How is that possible?
The wars we're currently engaged in are based on complete fabrications, total lies, told by traitors to arouse public support for their crimes. The politicians and corporate interests who've benefited from these wars are traitors to the American people, eager to send brave young men and women into harms way for their own financial benefit. Forget the nonsense about "democracy", "weapons of mass destruction", "war on terror"... these are the fairy tales they've told us, to frighten us, to gain our support in fighting against the dreaded "enemy" of our way of life. It's all lies, folks, told by money and power hungry psychopaths to justify illegal wars of aggression, to justify the slaughter of over a million Iraqis, to control oil fields and pipelines, to grow rich while our soldiers are carelessly sacrificed for their greed. I condemn, in the strongest terms possible, the oil company profiteers, the opium dealers, the big defense contractors, the corporate bankers, all those who profit from war and death, these treasonous filth that dare call themselves our fellow Americans, and whose lies have brought so much grief to the world.
The following posts portray American troops in battle, fighting courageously. This is not hero worship, or war promotion. I totally commend our military for their bravery, honor, and courage, and the many sacrifices they've made. They've done all that was asked of them, and more. It's time, long past time, to end this madness and bring them home safely. Let's bring them home, now. - CoyotePrime
